Common fixed point theorems for weakly increasing mappings on ordered orbitally complete metric spaces
In this article, we prove existence results for common fixed points of two or three relatively asymptotically regular mappings satisfying the orbital continuity of one of the involved maps on ordered orbitally complete metric spaces. We furnish suitable examples to demonstrate the validity of the hypotheses of our results.
متن کاملFixed Point Theorems in Complete Metric Spaces
THE STUDY in fixed point theory has generally developed in three main directions: generalization of conditions which ensure existence, and, if possible, uniqueness, of fixed points; investigation of the character of the sequence of iterates (T”x)~~~, where T: X + X, X a complete metric space, is the map under consideration; study of the topoligical properties of the set of fixed points, wheneve...
متن کاملSome Fixed Point Theorems in Fuzzy n-Normed Spaces
The main purpose of this paper is to study the existence of a fixed points in fuzzy n-normed spaces. we proved our main results, a fixed point theorem for a self mapping and a common fixed point theorem for a pair of weakly compatible mappings on fuzzy n-normed spaces. Also we gave some remarks on fuzzy n-normed spaces.
متن کاملFUZZY REFLEXIVITY OF FELBIN'S TYPE FUZZY NORMED LINEAR SPACES AND FIXED POINT THEOREMS IN SUCH SPACES
An idea of fuzzy reexivity of Felbin's type fuzzy normed linear spaces is introduced and its properties are studied. Concept of fuzzy uniform normal structure is given and using the geometric properties of this concept xed point theorems are proved in fuzzy normed linear spaces.
متن کاملA generalization of Kannan and Chatterjea fixed point theorems on complete $b$-metric spaces
In this paper, we give some results on the common fixed point of self-mappings defined on complete $b$-metric spaces. Our results generalize Kannan and Chatterjea fixed point theorems on complete $b$-metric spaces. In particular, we show that two self-mappings satisfying a contraction type inequality have a unique common fixed point. We also give some examples to illustrate the given results.
